Your shop icon is 500 × 500 pixels — and Etsy displays it as a circle, which quietly clips the corners of any logo that reaches the edges. Drop your logo below and pad it to a safe square.
On iPhone/iPad, "Download all" may open the images instead of saving a ZIP — save them one by one from the preview (long-press → Save to Photos / Files).
The icon is square in the file and round on the screen. Anything you place in the corners — a wordmark stretched to the edges, a frame, a watermark — gets cut. The reliable fix is to scale the logo down inside a 500 × 500 canvas so the whole mark fits inside the inscribed circle, which is roughly 70% of the width.
Use the Shop icon preset with Pad mode, then reduce the zoom until the logo sits inside the safe zone. If your logo has a background colour you want to keep, set the padding colour to match so the square blends into the circle.
